My Why

Many organisations invest in leadership and inclusion, yet people still feel unseen, conversations are avoided, and culture does not shift in the ways they hoped. When this happens, productivity, trust, and wellbeing suffer. Thoughtful, inclusive collaboration and leadership are not just nice ideas, they help prevent misalignment and disengagement before they turn into bigger problems.

Work should be a place where people feel safe to speak up, trust one another, and contribute their best. I combine psychology and business insight to help leaders ask hard questions, navigate uncomfortable conversations, and create meaningful change, while remembering that good is good enough and progress matters more than perfection.

I do this because I have lived and worked across different worlds, seen how exclusion and misunderstanding affect performance and collaboration, and experienced the impact of inclusion when people are genuinely heard.

My goal is to partner with clients who want practical, meaningful change, led with heart, responsibility, and a bit of cheekiness.

My Story

Born and raised in Switzerland to English parents, I have always navigated different worlds, local and expat, psychology and business, strategy and social impact, and seen how these intersections can create both opportunity and tension.

Fascinated by how people work together, I studied social and organisational psychology and began my career in strategy consulting. Later, working in IT product management as one of the few women in a male-dominated environment, I saw firsthand how inclusion, or the absence of it, influences collaboration and engagement.

Driven by a desire to help teams address real and persistent challenges, I explored new paths through travel, further study in nonprofit management, and ultimately found my professional home in diversity, equity, and inclusion work and leadership development. Over the years, I moved from consulting and project management into facilitation and leadership roles, supporting organisations in building cultures where people can speak up and feel a sense of belonging, even in difficult moments.

Today, I work with partners and clients who are navigating the gap between intention and impact. We build inclusive and impactful practices that make a difference.
