Welcome

Many organisations invest in leadership and inclusion, yet still struggle with unanswered questions, misalignment, disengagement, unresolved tensions, and leadership uncertainty.

I support leaders and teams when expectations are high but clarity is low. As a bilingual (British English / Swiss German) inclusion and leadership consultant, facilitator, and speaker, I help organisations identify what’s really getting in the way and build psychologically safe, inclusive leadership practices that are impactful, practical, and sustainable.

Introduction

I’m Eleanor, and my four-legged friend is Rayo.

I believe...

...small actions make big differences.
...differences make us stronger.
... friction can be where growth happens.

... we’re all biased, and awareness is where change starts.
... everyone deserves to be seen and valued for who they are.

... being yourself is more powerful than fitting in.
... careers don’t have to be linear to be meaningful.
... leadership is about impact, not hierarchy.
... inclusion isn’t a project, it’s a mindset.

... the workplace can be a place for both purpose and joy.

... in progress over perfection.

With a background in psychology and business, I bring a warm, honest, and energising approach to every project.

Take a look around to see how we might work together when clarity is low but the need for impact is high - because avoiding the hard questions doesn’t make them disappear.

Me and my dog. I'm on the right wearing a red blazer over a light blue t-shirt with red flowers. I am sitting on some stone stairs. Black jeans and watch on my left wrist. Rayo is a black and tan miniature pinscher wearing a black collar and leash. He is standing on my right leg with his front paws.
