Welcome
Many organisations invest in leadership and people, yet still struggle with unanswered questions, misalignment, disengagement, unresolved tensions, and uncertainty.
I support leaders and teams when expectations are high but clarity is low. As a bilingual (British English / Swiss German) inclusion and leadership consultant, facilitator, and speaker, I help organisations identify what’s really getting in the way and build psychologically safe, inclusive leadership practices that are impactful, practical, and sustainable.
My Why
Many organisations invest in leadership and people, yet people still feel unseen, conversations are avoided, and culture does not shift in the ways they hoped. When this happens, productivity, trust, and well-being suffer. Thoughtful, inclusive collaboration and leadership are not just nice ideas, they help prevent misalignment and disengagement before they turn into bigger problems.
Work should be a place where people feel safe to speak up, trust one another, and contribute their best. I combine psychology and business insight to help leaders ask hard questions, navigate uncomfortable conversations, and create meaningful change, while remembering that good is good enough and progress matters more than perfection.
I do this because I have lived and worked across different worlds, seen how exclusion and misunderstanding affect performance and collaboration, and experienced the impact of inclusion when people are genuinely heard.
My goal is to partner with clients who want practical, meaningful change, led with heart, responsibility, and a bit of cheekiness.
